1. Payment Policy
i) Free trials
TelephoneDirectories gives you the opportunity to try a specific product or membership plan at TelephoneDirectories as a free trial. The terms of any trial of this type will be totally disclosed before the purchase. The duration of this trial may vary if you accept that, if your trial is not canceled (by you) after the expiration date, the trial will become a continued subscription in agreement with the terms of that trial offer in particular. If you wish to cancel your trial before it becomes a continued subscription, you can cancel it online, from the Dashboard of your account, or contacting us from the section Contacts of this website.
ii) Premium content services (including purchases of unique reports and the mermbership plans of TelephoneDirectories)
Some of the data and tools of TelephoneDirectories are available only for the purcharsers of premium content. TelephoneDirectories offers a variety of options for content purchasing, including the purchase of unique content and membership plans of TelephoneDirectories. The details about the offer of specific premium content and the payment conditions are provided when registering on the platform. By purchasing premium content or updating a membership of TelephoneDirectories, you accept to receive the services provided by registering on the platform. The searches will be limited to 100 profiles per month. The not-used searches are not transferred from one billing cycle to the next.
The sales of all the premium content of TelephoneDirectories are definitive. All the membership plans of TelephoneDirectories are paid in advance during the established billing cycle (monthly, three-monthly, six-monthly and yearly) are not refundable.
You may cancel your membership plan on TelephoneDirectories at any moment for any reason. To cancel your membership plan on TelephoneDirectories, select billing settings and then "Cancel membership" in the dashboard in your account on TelephoneDirectories or Paypal directly, and it will not be invoiced again. When you cancel your plan, any payment already processed will not be refunded or prorated for the use of a partial month. You will continue enjoying all the content and the premium benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. If you have any problem during the cancelation process, please communicate with Customer Support.
Unless otherwise stated in Your Plan details, Telephone Directories will automatically renovate Your Membership Plan in the same period and billing cycle. Your membership plan on TelephoneDirectories will remain open and active until your account is canceled, suspended, or revoked.
iii) Payment processing
To purchase a unique report, you must register to be member of TelephoneDirectories or take advantage of your free trial. You must enter valid information for a payment option, such as a credit card or a Paypal account. By providing such payement information, you certify you are an authorized user of that business card or account.
TelephoneDirectories does not store or process the total information of your credit card. Instead, we employ independent third-parties payment processers with Good reputation to store and process such information. We can update Your Payment Method with the information provided by the corresponding payment processer. Meanwhile, you authorize TelephoneDirectories to continue charging the updated payment method.
2. Accounts and Logins
You declare that all the information provided, related to the creation of an account on our website, is real. Also, you agree to keep the information updated, for better use of the account.
